How can we be pro-active in hearing the voice of God?

 Hosea 10:12, “…for it is time to seek the Lord till He come and rain righteousness upon you.” Seeking the Lord certainly would seem to be an important starting place. Some of the ways to seek the Lord are; with all ones heart (Dt. 4:29), continually (I Chr. 16:11), by humbling oneself (2 Chr. 7:14), by prayer and meditation. Quiet times, along with the Word of God, opens our spirit to receive.
