I am sure that you recognize that this question involves many unknowns. Was it missed because of unbelief, open sin or fear of failure? Generally, if someone has received a vision or a dream from the Lord, the fire it kindles within, will help him or her to see it to completion. Timing always plays a part in the fulfillment of a vision or dream. Is it for the immediate fulfillment or for a future time? Another consideration would be whether the vision or dream concerns only your actions or does it require others to also act. I would seek the Lord for further direction, for He is longsuffering towards us. II Peter 3:9
