At SWC, our focus is on cultivating the daily, continual Presence of God in our lives, learning to know Him not just mentally but experientially as well through His Word and in worship.  Pastor Chris has been talking with us about the vital role of faith in knowing God as well as the process involved.  In our attempt to draw near to God, we can know that He will receive us because of the work of Christ on the cross.  We begin by being honest with Him about where we are right now.  He has made relationship possible!   Some of the Scriptures we've looked at are Matthew 13:44, Psalm 51 and Deuteronomy 7:6.
