In light of last Sunday, have you been enjoying yourself at your Father's table?  What a feast we have in His presence!  In Christ, you are always welcome . . . .
 
I was thinking about the passage in Ephesians 2, beginning with verse 4, where Paul talks about our richly merciful God, who, "because of His great love toward us . . .has made us alive together with Christ."  He goes on to say that God will show  the greatness of His grace, displayed in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.  Thankfully, we don't have to earn His kindness; He gives it unreservedly!
 
Finally, in verse 10, Paul writes that we are God's "workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."  Literally, we are His "work of art."  What a picture of restoration.  What a wonderful Father!   
 
On this Sunday, we wore our work clothes to service as Pastor Chris taught on the God-empowered influence we can have at our workplace.
